Henbury Court is an affordable housing development set behind Chertsey High Street which comprised of 11 one-bedroom apartments for a housing association. The 11 apartments were split over two blocks with the rear block having 6 of the apartments and the front block consisting of the other five. The entrance to the development is through the under croft into the parking area between the two blocks.

This was a particularly challenging site with lack of storage on site, limited access and the scaffolding to the front block oversailing two of the site boundaries. Fortunately, our experience on other sites of this nature came into action to overcome the obstacles faced during the job and we were able to get this project complete and handed over to
the client on time.
